Review: Myglamm Manish Malhotra Hi-Shine Lipstick

Image
After a long time, I’m back again from the dead silence. So today, its another review of a product quite dear to my heart that's a lipstick. Last month I purchased this thing from Myglamm official website & its called Hi-Shine Lipstick in the shade Moroccan Red. Its from their latest collaboration with Manish Malhotra & is quite heavily advertised around the web. Its prices at Rs. 950/- each with occasional discounts available & is available in 13 shades; from which I chose this red one. Actually its no accident that I’d choose this shade particularly. Personally I prefer classical & wearable colours & I’m not at all experimental when it comes to makeup. Its hard for me to step out of my comfort zone of colours & thus I chose Moroccan Red instead of many shades available. Red is a classical choice & is like the must have blue jean in your ‘makeup’ wardrobe. Next I have a huge problem with choosing shades online

So yes I’m back after a long time of dead silence. Anyways today I’m going to review a new addition to my lipstick cabinet which is not technically a lipstick though, but rather a lip stain. This is how it looks on me...slight orangish tone Okay I was introduced to lip stain in early 2015, & however my first experience with them was no good. I purchased it because I thought it’d look more natural than a full coverage lipstick. I love natural looks, yes even for a glam night. However, it was from MUA makeup range & it wasn’t really amazing. It hardly looked natural, or maybe because it was my fault, I’d chosen rather a cool colour while as a warm toned light skinned Indian girl, warm colours tend to look more natural on me. That cool toned lip stain made me look like an alien with intergalactic connections; a complete washed out look. Whatever the reason was, it kept haunting me as a nightmare for then-years to come & finally on June, 2019, as I was

My Experience With Yellow Peel on Body-Skin Okay so here goes another blogpost on peeling. People who know me, are aware that I’m obsessed with skincare especially with chemical peels. To do these, as a personal choice , I usually don’t go to seek a dermatologist’s advice because I consider myself quite an expert in this field but for any of you reading this, I’d strongly suggest you to consider medical intervention because without that, there’s even greater chance of messing up. This article is NOT A SUBSTITUTE of expert consultation ; its just my personal logbook of experience with something I love experimenting with. Please do understand that me experimenting with chemical peels is a very personal choice (mostly because biotechnology & bioinformatics have been my subjects of two masters degrees I’ve pursued) & I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU TO EXPERIMENT WITH CHEMICAL PEELS ALL BY YOURSELF AT HOME WITHOUT SEEKING MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’s HELP & thus I shall not be he

So let’s talk about stretch marks. Let me get this straight, I’ve been intimidated by stretch marks right from my teenage years but things turned to another level 8 years ago, when I started weight training. See, I’m a fitness freak & a huge fan of weight training but it gifted me another concern, this time, a harder one, heavy stretch marks. I was so so intimidated by them that I would rethink each time I’d consider wearing sleeveless or showing my midriff. So I can understand the dilemma young men & women face. So here I have assembled everything I know in a blog post that may help you with your issues related to stretch marks. But at the same time I’d like to mention, it may sound a bit cliché, but hey, stretch marks aren’t going to end your life, neither a bit of that is going to make you unattractive; just be comfortable in your own skin whether or not you have stretch marks because its 2019 & we’re already embracing our flaws & do not let others scar-sh
